► How do I place a order?
All orders must be placed online to make sure of the accuracy of the spelling. 

What is your turnaround time?
Generally our processing time is 4 - 5 days once a order is placed.  Our processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to personalize the item(s) to be personalized and does not include delivery time once the completed order has left our shop. We have several shipping options available, please choose the shipping method that fits your need when checking out. During busy seasons or holidays, these items can take up to an extra week due to the volume of orders.

Can I rush a item into production?
The answer is yes!  Please select the "Please rush this order" when choosing your selection for checkout.  This will put your order straight into production, a $10.00 rush fee will apply.  This does not include your shipping time, you will have a choice of shipping options when checking out.  We are closed Saturdays, Sundays & most holidays.  See our Shipping page for more options.

► Do you offer discounts or run specials?
Yes we do!  Sign up for our email newsletter to get all the latest deals and specials we run.  We also do "Monthly Giveaway's" just for signing up.

► Can I place a bulk order?
Yes we offer discounts on bulk orders please Contact Us.  Please include the item number and the quantity needed and how soon you are needing this item.  We can generally get a quote to you within a 3 - 7 days!

► In Stock Items / Out Of Stock Items
Most in stock items ship within 5-7 business days, but allow up to 2 weeks for items to be shipped.  Check item description to check stock status.  Out of stock items that require personalization may require additional time for shipment.  We'll notify you if that is the case.

Check Order Status & Track Your Order
We will ship your items USPS Unless other notified otherwise. You can check your order status by LOGGING IN to Just Monograms and inserting your email address and order number. Find your order number by locating your "Order Number Confirmation Email" from Just Monograms.com.  If you cannot locate your email it maybe in to a spam folder on your computer.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a order confirmation notice from us usually within 2 - 3 hours.  If you do not receive a notification within 24 hours your email may have gone to your spam folder on your computer.

Returning A Item
We normally DO NOT accept returns on custom made or personalized items.  Your order is being made especially for you and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.  If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in our product, we generally will send out a new item.  We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion.  We truly want you to 100% satisfied with your order.

► Do I need a Return Authorization?
Yes all returns must have a return authorization. To obtain a authorize RMA please Contact Us.  You must include your name, telephone number, order number and a description of problem so we may properly assist you. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us. Packages do and have gotten lost so please insure your package. Please note shipping charges are Non Refundable.

Can I mail you something I own to monogram?
Unfortunately we do not accept personal items or items that you have purchased.

Can I make a change to my order?
If you find an error on your order confirmation, please Contact Us immediately! Once your order has been moved to processing we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
The answer on this is simply yes and no.  Yes can cancel your order but we only offer refunds in the amount of store credit that can be used for future purchases only.  

Who owns our photographs?
All images appearing on JUST MONOGRAMS LLC web site are the exclusive property of JUST MONOGRAMS LLC. Our exclusive photos are protected under the United States and International Copyright laws. Our images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission from Just Monograms LLC. Use of any of our images as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration (digital, artist rendering or alike) is a violation of the United States and International Copyright laws.
JUST MONOGRAMS LLC will pursue legal action against any individual or company that violates these copyright laws.

Where is your store located?
Just Monograms LLC is an online store based out of Southern Indiana. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online.

How do I become a Just Monograms Retailer?
Have a retail store or do you want to sell our monogram products to your customers?  We have a simple and easy way for you to do that.  It's as easy as becoming a Just Monograms retailer, click our link BECOME A RETAILER and follow the instructions.  It's that easy.  To quality you must have a "Retail Business Tax ID number from your state.
