I agree that the name & monogram initials that I am providing are correct and I understand they will be embroidered in the exact order that is provided. In the event that a name is not provided to establish correct initial placement and wrong initial placement is embroidered, Just Monograms will NOT be held responsible.
We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there is a gross mistake on our part. If you do not provide to us a name so we can verify letter placement, we will embroider whatever initials you provided, in the exact order you gave them to us. We will NOT be responsible for initials not in the right placement order. No Exceptions!

See our in stock thread colors, available to view in each listing, the thread colors shown should be used as an approximate reference only. For SPECIFIC thread color requests you MUST give us the color sample number from Medeira USA or click the following link to view color samples and then click on PolyNeon 100% Polyester. If you only give us a color name, for example "Salmon" we will NOT be responsible for thread color differences due to color interpretations. No Exceptions!

If you do not provide us with all the information to complete your order, Just Monograms  reserves the right to choose a thread color and or font for you. In the event that all the information is missing Just Monograms & Gifts may cancel your order.

If a order change needs to be made after your order has been submitted please Contact Us immediately we will TRY to accommodate your request but due to the large amount of emails and orders we process everyday we CANNOT guarantee your order change(s) will be made.

Our ship time is normally around 3 - 5 business days during the non holiday season, however, please allow up to 14 business days from the time we get your order until it ships out the door. Keep in mind that delivery time is additional. We are extremely busy during the holidays (November 1st - December 31st ) so please allow up to 14 days to receive the item you want and within your time frame.

We are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items! No Exceptions!
We normally use USPS for deliveries, in some cases of large orders we will use UPS. You will receive a email with the tracking number when the item(s) have shipped. Please note that once your package has been received by the Post Office or UPS center we are no longer responsible for it's delivery. Just Monograms is NOT responsible for items not delivered or misdelivered by USPS. It is your responsibility to make sure that a safe delivery spot has been established. We will ship your item to the address listed on the order please double check to make sure it is right. We are NOT responsible for wrong addresses. If a wrong address is given and must be reshipped to you, you agree that you are responsible for the additional reshipping postage. No Exceptions!

Due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on your screen MAY NOT MATCH the actual colors of your item(s). The color of the item shown should be used as an approximate reference only. We have no control over monitor settings. We do not accept returns or offer refunds because of monitor color variations. No Exceptions!

Be very clear and precise when ordering your personalized items. Your order must match your personalization instructions, we will not be held responsible for ANY miscommunication between what you order and what your "notes to seller" say . We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there is a gross mistake on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO returns/refunds after 30 days from purchase if a mistake is made on our part. We do NOT refund shipping fees, including return shipping fees. No Exceptions!

We take reviews very seriously, if you love our products and services please let us know. We know that things can and do go wrong and we will do our best to make the situation right.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
The answer on this is simply yes and no. Yes can cancel your order but we only offer refunds in the amount of store credit that can be used for future purchases only. No Exceptions!

We get around 200 emails a day, it is very hard to keep up with that many. With that many emails coming in it is very difficult to match up your email with your order. It is VERY important to leave us a phone number just in case we have a question and need to get a hold of you. 

We really do appreciate your business. We work diligently to get your order out in a timely fashion. Holidays are especially busy so please order early!
