Returns / Get Return Label

Returning A MONOGRAMMED Item
We DO NOT accept returns on custom made or personalized items.  Your order is being made especially for you and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.  If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in our product, we generally will send out a new item.  We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion.  We truly want you to 100% satisfied with your order.

Returning A NON PERSONALIZED / NON MONOGRAMMED Items
Oh nooo... you didn't love your item!  No problem, we got you covered.  

1. First check to see if your item qualifies for a return. See below.
The following items CANNOT be returned:
Monogrammed Items, Flash Sale Items, Clearance Items, Super Deals, Doorbuster Deals, Worn Items, Past The Return Date
2. Print the return label from the link we will send you.
3. Firmly attach the return label to the return package and drop off at any USPS post office or put in your mailbox.
4. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to receive your item, then 2 - 3 days for us to process your refund.
5. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

All Returns Must Have Prior Return Authorization
To obtain a authorize RMA please Contact Us.  You must include your name, telephone number, order number and a description of problem so we may properly assist you. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us. Packages do and have gotten lost so please insure your package. Please note shipping charges are Non Refundable.

Be very clear and precise when ordering your personalized items. Your order must match your personalization instructions, we will not be held responsible for ANY miscommunication between what you order and what your "notes to seller" say . We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there is a gross mistake on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO returns/refunds after 30 days from purchase if a mistake is made on our part. We do NOT refund shipping fees, including return shipping fees. No Exceptions!
