Every custom piece we create is made especially for you, with the details you provided. To be sure your order turns out just the way you imagine, please take a moment to carefully review your personalization before checking out. Your order will be crafted exactly as entered, and we aren’t able to adjust it afterward.
Because these items are uniquely yours, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s a significant mistake on our part. If that ever happens, we’ll gladly repair or replace your item so you can enjoy it as intended.
For your peace of mind, please know that sales are considered final after 30 days from purchase. Shipping fees (including return shipping) are not refundable.

► Returning A NON PERSONALIZED / NON MONOGRAMMED Items

1. First check to see if your item qualifies for a return. See below.
The following items CANNOT be returned:
Monogrammed Items, Flash Sale Items, Clearance Items, Super Deals, Doorbuster Deals, Worn Items, Past The Return Date
2. Print the return label from the link we will send you.
3. Firmly attach the return label to the return package and drop off at any USPS post office or put in your mailbox.
4. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to receive your item, then 2 - 3 days for us to process your refund.
5. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount

We always want your order to reach us safely, but once a package is in transit, we can’t be responsible for loss or damage. To give you peace of mind, we recommend adding insurance to your return package.
