I agree that the name & monogram initials that I am providing are correct and I understand they will be embroidered in the exact order that is provided. In the event that a name is not provided to establish correct initial placement and wrong initial placement is embroidered, Just Monograms LLC will NOT be held responsible.
We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there is a gross mistake on our part. If you do not provide to us a name so we can verify letter placement, we will embroider whatever initials you provide. We will NOT be responsible for initials not in the right placement order. No Exceptions!

Our ship time is normally around 3 - 7 business days during the non holiday season, however, please allow up to 14 business days from the time we get your order until it ships out the door. Keep in mind that delivery time is additional. We are extremely busy during the holidays (November 1st - December 31st ) so please allow up to 14 days to receive the item you want and within your time frame.

We are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items! No Exceptions!
We normally use USPS for deliveries, in some cases of large orders we will use UPS. You will receive a email with the tracking number when the item(s) have shipped.
Please note that once your package has been received by the Post Office or UPS center we are no longer responsible for it's delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure that a safe delivery spot has been established. We use the address that is on the listed on the order so double check to make sure it is right. We are NOT responsible for wrong addresses. If a wrong address is given and must be reshipped to you, you agree that you are responsible for the additional reshipping postage.

Due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on your screen MAY NOT MATCH the actual colors of your item(s). The color of the item shown should be used as an approximate reference only. We have no control over monitor settings. We do not accept returns or offer refunds because of monitor color variations. No Exceptions!

Be very clear and precise when ordering your personalized items. Your order must match your personalization instructions, we will not be held responsible for ANY miscommunication between what you order and what your "notes to seller" say . We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there is a gross mistake on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO returns/refunds after 30 days from purchase if a mistake is made on our part. We do NOT refund shipping fees, including return shipping fees. No Exceptions!

We will accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after your order is placed after that you will be given store credit for the amount of your of your cancellation to be used for any future orders.

We really do appreciate your business. We work diligently to get your order out in a timely fashion. Holidays are especially busy so please order early!
