Turnaround Time
In-stock items ship in approximately 2 to 5 business days, sometimes sooner.
Out-of-stock items will ship as soon as restocked item arrives.

If you placed your order any time after 1 PM EST, the following day will be considered processing day 1. Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes Just Monograms LLC to get your order ready to ship. Please consider the shipping method you chose to better calculate the entire turn-around time.
Our busy season runs Oct - Jan and items can take up to an extra week due to the volume of orders we receive. We urge you to order early so you get your item in plenty of time.

The shipping method you chose is the time it takes for the completed order to be mailed from our facility in Indiana to your address.
► Upgraded Shipping Options
We offer USPS Priority Mail for faster shipping. This is a 2 - 3 day delivery from the time it gets to our post office to you. Please go to USPS.com to verify your delivery time, your item will ship from zip code 47546. Upgraded shipping options are located under the "Shipping Tab" in checkout.
► Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the postal service to process tracking numbers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number associated with the shipment.
