SUMMARY:

We are looking for model(s) for our high-volume monogramming facility for our Jasper, IN manufacturing facility. This individual must be a self-starter, strong communicator and have a passion for photography. Intern must have an understanding of still and motion photography for social media and e-commerce. We are seeking an intern that is eager to help in the success of our brands. This individual must be excited about our products and understand trends and our customer base. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in all brands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist Photographer with daily responsibilities
  • Collaborate with photographers to ensure workflow runs efficiently
  • Assist in studio and on-locations photo shoots
  • Photography of Just Monograms products
  • Distributing photos to Marketing Associates in an organized manner
  • Prepping and steaming clothes for photo shoots

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not have any Supervisory Responsibilities.

The individual performing the above responsibilities needs to have excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. It is important that the individual in this position is able to meet deadlines and ask for help when needed.

It is also important that the individual be creative, take initiative, and be proactive. The individual needs to have strong organization, prioritizing, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

The position is located at our headquarters in Jasper, IN. Must be able to accommodate living and working in Jasper, IN for 10 weeks during the Spring 2017 semester (January-May 2017).

When the needs of the production and/or customer service department outweigh the needs of the marketing department, interns need to be flexible and willing to help out in various departments during busy seasons.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience modeling.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Ability to write reports, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

None

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
